Did you try to export 1 profile? Maybe played with the options of what to export (leave out cast and/or crew for test)? Chose a different drive for the file?
I may not have the largest collection but it's not small either, so for reference: My ~7400 profiles export to a 163 MiB file in 2 minutes 50 seconds. | Posted: Topic Replies: 168, Topic Views: 10482 |  | Quoting Magmadrag:

That sounds like you need to run a database repair.
